I don’t think I have enough insurance coverage to restore all the damage and loss of my belongings. What do I do?
Your personal Restoration Project Coordinator will work with you to determine the best way to use your limited coverage. There are many things we can do to make your budget go further. On a case-by-case basis, we are able to offer payment plans as well.
My home has had a disaster and all my belongings are effected. How long until I can get some of my things back to survive until the restoration and content cleaning is complete?
You can determine the items you need right away. Our Mobile Contents Recovery Unit can process most priority items onsite, same day. The priority items we cannot process onsite will be returned to you in a matter of days.
I am out of town and my home flooded. Can my neighbor let you in so you can start fixing the problem?
Yes. Your Restoration Project Coordinator will electronically send you the required documents for signature. Once you’ve signed them, we will begin immediately. Your neighbor may not know what items are most sentimental to you. It is best you stay involved in the process. Your Restoration Project Coordinator will communicate with you frequently, often via video chat.
I know someone who is a hoarder. The city has demanded they get their property cleaned up to avoid legal action. Can you help with this?
Definitely!
Contact us as soon as possible. We will schedule a time for one of our Client Services Specialist to meet the customer and visit the property to assess what it will take to complete this project. Typically we can begin within 48 hours.
I have some furniture I would like refinished but I have not had a home damage. Can you help?
